Future Plans (Hopefully)

Now that I've submitted my project, I will continue to update it if issues arise however for the time being I am gonna focus on my next plans for this game and if anyone is interested, here is what I got:
- Revamping the gameplay, Including fixing any outstanding issues and just making it feel better and adding originally planned ideas (like melee combat). Also adding enemies beyond just turrets.
- I never wanted to go for an all out Armoured Core thing but I would like some sort of customisation options and upgrades, one in particular I have in mind is new weapons.
- Expanding the level. Originally the first level was meant to be more interesting both design wise and story wise but gamejam time limit caught up and I had to go pretty simple. Alongside that I will add more missions in general.
- Focus on story. I want to add more focus on the idea that your are a Merc working for any city that pays well. This would include dialogue and maybe possibly story choices (Choosing a certain mission over another). Also of course just actually having characters beyond yourself.
- I also had an idea of making an entirely new character called Griffon, taken from one of my earliest game projects. Unlike Edge who is based around ground combat, I want Griffon to be based around air combat inspired by the likes of Ace Combat. I'll think about this one but I think its a pretty cool idea at least.
Those are my plans so far. I am not 100% certain I'll be able to go through all of these but at the least, I would like to add more missions and perfect the gameplay. So its more of a full on game than just a 10 minute prototype.
